The
Board of Directors includes the officers of the congregation,
presidents of the Men's Club, Sisterhood, PTO, and Young Seniors
and other elected members of the Board. The Rabbi and
executive director serve as
ex-officio members. The Board includes the chairpersons of the
standing committees of the synagogue, as well as several
members at large.
All members of the Board are elected for a
two year term.
The Board meets the second Wednesday of every
month. The meetings are open to the entire congregation. The
Board discusses and votes on issues of importance to the
fiscal, educational and spiritual life of the synagogue. The
Board is responsible for creating an annual budget, which is then presented to the Congregation at the Annual Meeting held the second Wednesday in May.
