Adult Education and Continuous Learning develops and sponsors learning programs that support Jewish values and traditions.

Caring Initiative is committed to assisting synagogue members and families in times of need.

Education helps oversee Hebrew School offering and fosters community within the school and retention of students as they cross over programs within the synagogue.

Hebrew School PTO organizes, plans, and holds fun Jewish events and programs for the children of the Religious School and helps create fundraisers and mitzvah projects, while supporting our Director, Rabbi, teachers and staff.

Inclusion B’Kavod aims to ensure that Ohev Shalom is an inviting, welcoming, accessible community for all congregants and guests.

Interfaith works to ensure interfaith families are welcomed and included in our Congregation, and addresses issues that may arise around life cycle events and holidays in interfaith families.

Membership/Publicity cultivates new relationships within the community and provides outreach to potential new members through communication and event planning.

Programming coordinates and plans for social activities and events.

Ritual members work with our clergy to enrich services and traditions.

Fundraising is dedicated to organizing, promoting, and conducting a variety of fundraising activities for Ohev Shalom throughout each year.

Social Action acts within our community and beyond to develop and support programs that improve lives and build bridges with the community that surrounds Ohev Shalom.

Young Family Engagement brings together young families in our community and surrounding area to engage in family-oriented activities and social events.

Youth organizes and holds meaningful and fun programs targeted to youth and families at Ohev Shalom.
